our minimum fee to come out to your property and do work is only $160  to $200 Cash depending on distance from Townsend Lunenburg Ma -Most companys charge much more and the minimum charge includes 1 basic task or 1 more skilled task the minimum trip fee is base on how skilled task is and distance.

For example to installing kitchen or bathroom faucet is Only $160 to $180 and Only $160   to $180 to change out 1 light but in bulk price goes way down 

Only $180 to $240 install interior doors and Only $220 to $350 to install exterior door 

-- to patch multiple holes in Sheetrock no one beats the quality and pricing 

 -- to fix or replace a toilet is Only $160 to $220 

To repair something that broke or any task you need done just text me what you need done and I will let you know what the minimum charge will be 

 

-Most other Handyman services companies have a much higher minimum trip fee to come out and fix or replace 1 task  ( from a few I called they were $250  to $400 minimum and try to schedule 2 weeks and even months out we are much faster and emergencies same day service is only $120 extra and non emergency are usually less than a week out)
